Jump start your fitness in January!

Did you make a New Year’s resolution to be healthier in 2016? Looking for a program that will help you reach your goals? Let me help you! Be my guest and train with me, at no cost, for two weeks starting Monday January 4. I’m kicking off my training career at Ron Capurso – Get Athletic , and offering this promo to your friends and family. Classes are kept small, with no more than 8 or 9 nine individuals, and suitable for all levels of people who are able bodied. The workouts are designed with modifications ranging for beginners (easier) to more advanced.

Workouts incorporate an active and dynamic warm-up; functional and strength training using a variety of modalities; metabolic and cardiovascular training; and light mobility and cool down stretches.
