Outdoor small group bootcamp – Adult fitness program
Ready to get in shape, lose weight, move better, and feel healthier? All classes are kept small, with no more than ten people, allowing for individualized feedback and modifications to your specific needs. All workout sessions consist of exercises that have progressions from easy (for the beginner) to more difficult (for the advanced fitness enthusiast).
We take all of our adult fitness clients through a state of the art, 45 minute workout regimen consisting of :
- total body strength work
- target “core” training
- metabolic conditioning intervals
- stretching and cool down activities
No matter what your current fitness situation is, if you have a strong desire to improve it and get in the kind of shape that will make a drastic improvement in your health and overall well being, we have the training program for you!
