Workout: "Beat Lock Down Circuit "

Metabolic body-weight workout, no equipment needed, for you to do at home and beat the coronavirus lockdown blues.

Workout Details

Average duration: 25 minutes

 

Perform each exercise for 8 reps, one after the other as quickly as possible with no rest in between.  Take a brief rest at the end of the circuit before repeating. Repeat as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes.

 

You can substitute Step-out Jacks and regular lunges for a low impact modification.

  1. Squats x8

  2. Push Ups x8

  3. Cross body V-ups x8

  4. Jumping Jacks x8

  5. Plank Jacks x8

  6. Glute Bridges x8

  7. Lunge Jumps x8

  8. Jumping Jacks x8

Finisher Details

 

Perform each exercise as a descending ladder for 10/8/6/4/2 reps, one after the other as quickly as possible with no rest in between.  

​

  1. Jump-Out Squats

  2. Sit-Outs
