Small Group Bootcamp – $28 two week starter
Looking to get fit? This class is for you! Small Group Bootcamp is suited towards those looking to get stronger, leaner and in better shape. Suitable for all fitness abilities, from complete newbies to fitness enthusiasts. With a focus on strength and metabolic training, mobility and flexibility work, this class will improve your strength, help you lose weight, and get you in better overall health. We focus on learning safe movement patterns and proper exercise technique. The classes are kept small with no more than ten people and structured with modifications taught for all ability levels allowing participants to go at their own pace. I invite you to try it out!
